Vasectomy Reversal

vasectomy reversal

A vasectomy should be considered a permanent form of birthcontrol, even though a vasectomy reversal is an option.  Before making a final decision a lot of time and thought should be taken with your partner to make sure this is the right decision for both of you.

Although this process can be reversed, it is a long, painful, and complicated process involving a specialist.  There is no guarantee that a vasectomy reversal operation will be a success.  Even after a "successful" reversal vasectomy sperm count will be low and chances of birth defects increase.

If you are seriously considering a vasectomy, it's best to assume that it will be a permanent change.

Dr. Berg does NOT perform vasectomy reversals. Please contact a Urologist for more information on that procedure.
